Carolina Commons has been a home for depth-based leadership work since 2021.
It turned out the name was too good to keep to itself.
Carolina Commons was always more than a coaching brand. It named something real: a shared port for practices united by a conviction that distributed intelligence, when it finds coherent relation, can change things. That conviction hasn't changed. The name has finally found its full home.
Carolina Commons now lives as the civic infrastructure work it was always reaching toward — collective intelligence, structured deliberation, and community coordination — co-founded by Bradley McDevitt and led by Michael Valverde.
Bradley McDevitt's coaching and leadership practice continues under a new name: Iaculus — depth psychology, embodied presence, and thirty years of professional theater in service of leaders ready to do the deeper work.
Bradley McDevitt's practice. Depth psychology, embodied presence, and the Theater of Self.
